You know, a new business plan or idea makes you successful if you can make it successful. Everyone can’t make their plan successful even lots of people there who can’t able to generate single business idea which will work in real life. Believe me, you are the luckiest person because at least you have ideas. What do you think, how successful entrepreneurs got their idea and make it successful? Do have you any idea?
I know some buddies around my side who have killer ideas but they can’t able to make it live for proper effective business plan. They had idea (killer idea) for a small business -but that either did not make any sense or they had no planned. Yes, these ideas didn’t live! Here I am sharing some points that can help you to start your new business plan. You can give a look before investing your hard core money.

When your Idea Never will be Successful?
- Will it Really Go With you?: Okay, you have a killer business idea and you have been seeming its perfectly working for others and those guys are able to return their ROI and making good money. But did you research, figure out or at least ask yourself that this business will go with you. Okay, for instance think as if you are student of Business Administration but you wanna start a software firm like Bill Gates. I don’t think it is going with you if you have no ideas about programming. Have you got the point?
- No Single Experience: You can’t start it when you don’t know how to manage it, where you have to tweak to make it working. You want to start a Digital Photo Studio but did not even touched a digital camera, it’s incredible!. At first figure out what you are going to start.
- Highly Crazy About Your Idea: Stop and again analyze, do some research and figure out your plan that does it really make any sense in this competitive business world? Never jump in the sea if you don’t know how to swim, at least you have no life jacket.
- Hesitate to Take Decision: Then surely business is not for you.
- Failure to Good Start Up: Okay finally you are able to make live your killer business plan. But somehow you can’t handle, manage or promote at very beginning. For instance you have to be busy other project or have faced personal problems and for that reason you can’t mange your newly started idea. If that will happen you may suffer. Here the key point is “start up period is the most valuable time in any small business”.
- Wrong Location: If you choose a location where your customers stuck to communicate with you and chose a location where most of the people are not interested about your services.
- Failure to Budget Do you know your idea also will figure out you? It will do this by your budgeting. If you start your project and before completing your project you find that you have no enough bucks to invest then…
- Bad Workplace: Hopefully you are gonna spend your maximum time in your farm. If it is not well decorated and not so co-operative for your business plan.
- No Idea About your Customers: Start a business but don’t know what types of service exactly are wanting from you. LOL, in this case my suggestion is, “go to bed!“
- Have No Time Sense: Do you call your girlfriend when she wants? Then don’t even think.
- Wrong Calculation: Please tell me 2+2= what? But it may not as easy as it seeming if you want to be an entrepreneur.
- If Business is not for You: Don’t get me wrong, business is not for everyone. Then these two words (Employee, Employer) never comes.
