In my money saving tips for students post I talked about how to save money on calling home. Now I’m gonna make a details of that. Okay, as you know it’s kinda costly to make calls at home, You’ll have to find the cheapest calling card to use. Here’s some ways you can follow to choose the best money saving calling card.
Ways to get the cheapest calling card

1.Ask friends:
Ask your friends who has been living in US, what kinda calling card they use. Ask at least 5 friends and ask them about the facilities of those cards. Now choose the card that suits you best with the facilities.
2.Internet:
Ask Google! Google knows everything! You’ll get a list of different sites providing the cheapest calling cards for you. You can choose your best one from there.
Notice the cost per minute and cost per call. You’ll find some cards with really low cost per minute call rate but with respectively greater cost per call. If you are gonna call home(lets say) once a week then you should choose this card. But if you are gonna call home more often(just like me!I’m so much talktative!) then you should choose the cards with lower cost per call(mine was $0!)cards. They sure have a greater cost per minute. But I think that’s ok!
3.Magazine Advertisement:
If you are taking a International students magazine then look for the calling card advertisements there. You’ll always find some. Sometimes there are really good ones. Such as the new ones. They always have some good offers!

That appears to be superior however i am just still less than certain that I favor it. Nevertheless will look far more into it and decide for myself!
