Yeah, I survived, I had to struggle to make my first business plan live. But it might not be possible if I did not get help from my friends. Motivated Myself and Took Mental Preparation
That was the thing which I lost dramatically. I said earlier, I was losing interest, getting myself on stack. You know, motivation and interest are the great fuel which can make any effort running. Again I wanna thanks those buddies; my family members, my friends and everyone who gave mental support to get me back. I redesigned and made necessary change with a new speed! Now I think it was the only thing which prevented my business plan to fail.
Never Break Down
Took Advantage from My Recent Experiences
I started this business from scratch, I had no single experience to survive. But when I went to take action, I felt I am no longer alone! Believe me, everything was getting easy, I was taking decisions from my experiences and make change where I did wrong. (i.e Finally I understood, that was not the location where my business plan can grow.)
At Last I Changed My Location
I did a few researchs to find out my customers gathering place. I had deed with my renter for 2 years, for that reason I had to talk with my renter and made her convince. Finally I was able to rent another location from my targeting place. And it is worth to say, it was the first turning point to get me back.
Consult with an Expert
You couldn’t believe, in my entrepreneurship journey I had to take some tricky but brave decisions that was not in my head. I took consultancy from an expert actually who was my uncle and he had a clear idea about this market. He helped me to take decision and helped me to figure out where I did mistake, where I have to put attention.
Find Out Another Source of Capital
I said on my earlier post, on that critical moment I found that I have no more enough bucks to invest. I went to the banks but they declined my application. So I had to find another source of capital. At first I went to my friends and asked for partnership. Tried to make them convinced but also mentioned that this business was right then crawling. But they had confidence to me and after seeing my business plan two of my friends decided to join with my journey of entrepreneurship.
Strong but Working Management
You know, I was a college student. I also had to give time to my college but when these two guys joined me it was more easy to manage. I made a management schedule and they were so co-operative that’s why we were able to make a powerful management system.
And Finally: Marketing
Finally we took some cheap but effective marketing strategies. And that was working so good for my small business plan. Okay, I will do another post covering those cheap but effective marketing strategies.
